What we collect
Your name, WhatsApp number, city, number of devotees, preferred date and time slot, and any notes you share. When you pay, we record the UPI reference and any screenshot you upload. For security we also record technical data such as a hashed IP address.
How we use it
To contact you about your booking, arrange your darshan assistance, confirm payments and refunds, and send you booking updates on WhatsApp. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with our own team and coordinators who serve your booking, and with service providers we use to run this website and send messages (such as WhatsApp/Meta and our email provider).
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, and delete them after that.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.
