1. About our service

We provide darshan planning and on-ground assistance for devotees visiting the temples listed on this website. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, authorised by or acting on behalf of any temple committee, trust or government body.

2. Booking and confirmation

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after our team speaks with you and confirms the final price, and becomes active once payment is received.

Please give accurate details. We contact you on the WhatsApp number you provide.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are estimates. The final price depends on the date, time slot and group size and is confirmed on the call. Payment is made by UPI to the account shown on your booking page.

4. Your responsibilities

Arrive at the meeting point on time, carry valid photo ID and follow the temple's rules and the instructions of the temple staff, police and administration at all times.

5. Limitations

Darshan timings, queues and access are controlled by the temple authorities and the administration and can change without notice. We do our best to assist you within your time slot but cannot guarantee an exact darshan time.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

6. Privacy

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sikar, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
